We offer a full range of TITANUS® aspirating smoke detectors to help you find the ideal solution for your application. Our innovative and patented technologies allow our single and dual channel systems to monitor both small and large areas with a single device. Our aspirating smoke detectors are up to 2,000 times more sensitive than conventional point detectors, detecting the smallest amounts of smoke particles in the early stages of a fire (pyrolysis).

The time advantage when it matters
In passenger trains, TITANUS® aspirating smoke detectors provide effective fire protection with the highest level of false alarm immunity. A single aspirating smoke detector is sufficient to cover a defined , such as a passenger car, where multiple point-type smoke detectors would otherwise have to be installed in a decentralized manner.
The centerpiece, consisting of the pipe system, a detector module and filters, is located behind the ceiling or wall panels. The air sampling openings, which are only a few millimeters in size, are virtually invisible to passengers and thus, unlike point-type smoke detectors, offer a high level of protection against vandalism.
